Relay Bots
You can check to see if and when a particular user was last seen on any of the botnet's cross-linked channels by issuing the following command:
!seen <nickname>
You can view all of the nickname lists for cross-linked channels of the same name on the other networks by issuing the following command in the desired channel's window:
!cnlist
You can perform a whois lookup of any user currently connected to one of the other cross-linked networks by issuing the following command syntax:
/msg <relay bot name> whois <nickname> <network>
(e.g., /msg G-link whois Stellar-Z IRCnet)
You can send a cross-net Private Message to any +f user as long as that user is presently connected to one of the other cross-linked networks. To do this, issue the following command syntax:
/msg <relay bot name> netlink <nickname> <network> <Message Text>
(e.g., /msg G-link netlink Stellar-Z IRCnet Hey, this is a test!)
You can access /lusers information for the specified cross-linked network by issuing the following command syntax:
/msg <relay bot name> lusers <network>
You can call up a list of (and descriptions for) available user commands, such as those related to hosts, lookups, and passwords by issuing the following command syntax:
/msg <relay bot name> help
NSA (the logbot)
To access the logbot's command menu, issue the following command:
nsa- help
You can search for existing intercept records for a frequency by issuing the following command:
nsa- <frequency>
(e.g., nsa- 9023)
You can log an intercept to the logbot's database by issuing the following command:
nsa- log <frequency> <mode> <description>
(e.g., nsa- log 9023 USB WADS SOCC w/ test count and out)
NOTE: The logbot's nickname on IRC-GLOBAL and StarChat is "NSA". However, its counterpart on IRCnet uses the nickname "notNSA". The above lowercase nsa- commands are to be used on all networks. A user must be added to the NSA userlist before he or she can log to the system database. To be added to the userlist, contact Vambo on IRC.
InfoMON (the infobot)
You can query for the definition of a term, acronym, or abbreviation by issuing the following command:
!ask <question or term>
For example, if you were to enter:
<mynick> !ask red alert
InfoMON would respond with:
<InfoMON> I heard that RED ALERT is the final stage of alert in which attack from a hostile element appears imminent
The following command syntax allows you to query ISO domain/country codes for location:
!country <ISO country code>
For example, if you were to enter:
<mynick> !country .MH
InfoMON would respond with:
<InfoMON> Country name for .MH is Marshall Islands
You can query for the current Swatch Internet Time value by issuing the following command:
!swatch
For example, if you were to enter:
<mynick> !swatch
InfoMON would return something similar to:
<InfoMON> Swatch Internet Time: @293.5
To access InfoMON's command menu, issue the following command:
!info
NOTE: InfoMON's factoid knowledge base is incomplete but continually expanding. Additionally, new features will be progressively added at which times this page will be updated accordingly.
